We are looking for a seasoned Estimator to join our team and take a lead role in shaping our infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to provide expert advice, guide processes, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee/manage site survey colleagues, client meetings, and project reporting.
- Advise on and refine processes, collaborating closely with estimators.
- Work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver principal contractor-level projects.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

- Civils Knowledge: Essential
- Team Leadership: Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Principal Contractor Expertise: Tier-one experience or a solid understanding of this environment.
